To apply for any of the suites for rent please download and complete the following application form then return to us by fax or email indicated on the form.

- When filling out the application please use registered phone numbers other than cellular phones when ever possible.
- For employment verification we require the main office phone number that will lead us to the person that will verify your employment information.
- If you are self employed then please forward with your application the last 2 year's of your tax assessment notices from Revenue Canada verifying your income.
- We require one application from each adult occupant for the property.
- Please complete the information fully. If you have any additional information that you feel will help with the approval of you application, please feel free to attach this information with the application form.
- If you are new to Canada then documents from the Canada Immigration Department will be required to verify your authorized length of stay.
- Partially completed applications may be rejected.
